The CasperPad WebKYC portal is your entry-point to Know Your Customer (KYC) certification with CasperPad. As a user, you can enter all required information in a few minutes including identification document uploads. Completed KYC submissions are then securely uploaded to the CasperPad trained KYC compliance officers.
The KYC Process is simple and quick to go through, but we recommend you complete the KYC earlier than later. We will open our KYC on Monday, the 6th of December 2021. For the $CSPD IDO we can only accept applications until Thursday, the 9th of December 2021.
How to Complete the KYC Process:
Before you start, it will save time to get the documents you need ready first. You will need either a government issue ID card, a Passport, or a driving license.
Please use a document you have on hand because the KYC will also ask you to take a selfie with that document.
It is recommended to use a document with a clear English translation on it.
Here is the step-by-step guide:
- Open your web browser and visit:
https://kyc.casper-pad.com/webkyc/publickyc
2. You will see three sections of personal information to complete:
a) Personal Details
b) Address Details
c) Upload Files
3. Complete the Personal Details section first. Please ensure all information is correct and accurate.
4. When done click Go to Next Section
5. Complete the Address Details section
6. When done click Go to Next Section
7. Complete the Upload files section. Here, you will need to enter your EVM Wallet (e.g Metamask) and Casper wallet. These are your Public Keys. You will also see two file browser fields to upload a selfie and ID document.
a) Please ensure that your selfie image is clear and in focus and does not contain headwear or any other items that may obscure your face from verification. Please hold your ID Document next to your face.
b) Please ensure that the image of your ID Document is clear and in focus including the key information and in expiry date details.
8. When you have completed the Upload Files section, take some time to double-check your entered information and click Submit.
9. You will see a pop-up giving you details on your KYC Pack creation.
10. Click OK to close the window.
**Pack creation and download was on the first day only, as of now you will receive an email to confirm your data was submit!
And you are done! Your KYC Pack has now been sent securely to CasperPad, and their trained KYC officers will review your information and process. You will receive an email to the email address that you entered keeping you up to date. You will receive an email from this address only: noreply@kycware.com!

The auction and sale are only available to non-US and non-Canada residents, and residents of non-restricted jurisdictions.
